Returns
Due to health and safety regulations, if an item has been opened or used, we cannot accept a return.
Returns Policy:
- Returns are only accepted for faulty or missing products.
- Items must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Damaged product returns must be made within 10 business days.
- Include your name, email address, and order number with your return.
- Use a tracked postal service for returns.
Process:
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for us to process your return.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your return has been completed.
- Return shipping costs for faulty or incorrect items will be reimbursed upon proof of receipt.
